When using our app "Check Calendar," you are required to agree to the following terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as "these Terms"). These Terms set forth the conditions of use between Kodai Watanabe (hereafter referred to as "we" or "us") and the users of this app (hereafter referred to as "you").
Article 1: Agreement to the Terms
- The user of this app is limited to the individual who downloaded it.
- You must agree to these Terms in advance to use this app. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
- By using the app, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2: Changes to the Terms
- We may add, delete, or modify these Terms at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- If the changes are deemed to be in the public interest.
- If we determine that changes are necessary and the contents are reasonable.
Article 3: Management of Registration Information
- You must manage your registered information responsibly and may not transfer, lend, change the name of, sell, or allow others to use it.
- You will be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of your registration information, both to us and to third parties.
- We are not responsible for any disadvantages or damages you suffer due to inaccurate or false registration information.
Article 4: In-App Purchases
- You can purchase subscription plans using the methods (means and payment units) specified by us.
- If you are a minor, parental consent is required. By applying for a subscription plan, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms.
- Refunds for purchased plans will be conducted in accordance with the payment provider’s policies. Details of the refund process are based on the payment provider's policies.
- If a purchase fails due to communication errors, despite payment being made, it is your responsibility to contact the payment provider and resolve the issue.
- We will not change or refund any purchased subscription plans for any reason.
Article 5: Copyright
- The works published in this app are owned by us or third parties and are protected by law. Except as permitted by copyright law, these works may not be reproduced or used for public transmission without the consent of the copyright holder.
Article 6: Privacy
- We strive to protect your personal information. Our handling of privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Third-party services or advertisements linked from our service are not covered by our Privacy Policy. You must verify these individually as necessary.
Article 7: Advertisement Placement
- We have the right to place advertisements in our service.
- We are not liable for any damages related to the use of these advertisements.
Article 8: Prohibited Actions
- The following actions are prohibited when using this app. If a user is found to be in violation of these prohibitions, we may take necessary measures such as suspending the account. Users agree to this without dispute:
- Actions that cause economic harm to us or others.
- Threatening us or others.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of us or others.
- Unauthorized copying, editing, modifying, analyzing, publishing, distributing, reusing (including provision to third parties), or claiming rights of the app's content.
- Actions that harm the reputation or credit of us or others, or unjustly discriminate or defame.
- Actions that infringe on the property of us or others, or are likely to do so.
- Unauthorized modification of the software.
- Using, or inducing the use of, computer viruses or harmful programs.
- Copying, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering the software.
- Actions that disrupt or are likely to disrupt the operation of our service or the placement of advertisements.
- Overloading our servers or network.
- Attacking our server, system, or security.
- Actions contrary to public order and morals.
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by us.
Article 9: Disclaimer
- We may change, interrupt, or discontinue the contents of this app without notice, and we are not liable for any damages that may result.
- Use of this app is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damages you incur through its use.
- We do not guarantee that our service will be compatible with all information devices, and you agree that malfunctions may occur due to OS updates, among other reasons. We do not guarantee that these issues will be fully corrected.
- You agree in advance that changes to the terms of use or operational policies of app stores such as the AppStore or GooglePlay may restrict your use of our service.
- We are not liable for damages caused by negligence (except gross negligence) under special circumstances. Our liability for damages in relation to the use of this service is limited to
the usage fees we received from the user for that month.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from delays or interruptions of our app service due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters. We also do not accept responsibility for damages due to maintenance or malfunctions that cause interruptions or delays. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information and data provided in this app.
- We are not liable for damages caused by failures of communication lines or systems, reduced communication speeds, communication congestion, virus infections, third-party interference or intrusion, and other related damages:
- Inability to use this app.
- Delays, loss, or defects of information.
- Other damages related to this app.
- We do not guarantee a specific update speed for the app's information. We are not liable for damages due to delayed information updates.
- In the event of disputes or troubles between users, we are not responsible and such issues should be resolved between the users themselves.
- If a user causes damage to another user or a third party, the user must resolve the issue at their own expense and without causing us any trouble or damages.
- If we receive a claim for damages from a third party due to a user's actions, the user must resolve it at their own expense and bear all costs, including damages paid to us.
- If a user causes damage to us through the use of our service, the user must compensate us for the damages at their own expense and responsibility.
Article 10: Temporary Interruption and Termination of the App
- We have the right to terminate the app service without prior notice or consent from the user. Users agree to this in advance.
- Users agree that if the app service is terminated, they will lose the right to use the purchased paid content and will no longer be able to use such content.
- We are not liable for any damages to users or third parties resulting from the termination of the service, regardless of the cause.
- We may temporarily interrupt the app service without prior notice for reasons such as:
- When regular or emergency maintenance of the app's facilities is necessary.
- When the provision of the app becomes impossible due to events like fires or power outages.
- When natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, or tsunamis make the provision of the app impossible.
- When other operational or technical reasons necessitate a temporary interruption of the app.
Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for all disputes arising under these Terms.

- These Terms were originally written in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese version is the official document, and the English version is for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
利用規約｜チェックカレンダー
当アプリ『チェックカレンダー 』を使用する際は、以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」とします）に同意が必要です。本規約は、Kodai Watanabe（以下「当方」とします）と本アプリのユーザー（以下「お客様」とします）との間の利用条件を定めたものです。
第1条 利用規約の同意
- 本アプリの利用者は、本アプリをダウンロードしたご本人に限定されます。
- 本アプリを使用するには、本規約に事前に同意していただく必要があります。同意しない場合は、アプリの使用を中止してください。
- アプリを利用した時点で、本規約への同意があったものと見なされます。
第2条 規約の変更
- 当方は、以下の場合に当方の裁量で本規約に追加・削除・修正の変更をすることができます。
- 変更が一般の利益に適合する場合。
- 変更が必要であり、内容が合理的であると当方が判断した場合。
第3条 登録情報の管理
- お客様は、登録した情報を自己責任で管理し、第三者に譲渡、貸与、名義変更、売買、利用させてはなりません。
- 登録情報の不正使用による損害が発生した場合、お客様は当方および第三者に対してその賠償責任を負います。
- 登録情報が不正確または虚偽であったためにお客様が被った一切の不利益および損害に関して当方は責任を負わないものとします。
第4条 本アプリ内課金について
- お客様は、当方が定める方法（手段及び決済単位）で課金コースを購入できます。
- 未成年の場合は保護者の同意が必要となります。課金コースの申し込みがあった時点で、保護者もしくは親権者は本規約を了承しているものとします。
- 課金プランの購入後の払い戻しは、決済事業者のポリシーに従い、行います。購入したコンテンツに対する払い戻しはお客様が利用する決済事業者のポリシーに基づき行われます、詳しい申請手続きは決済事業者のポリシーに従います。
- 課金プランの購入申し込み時に通信障害等が生じ、支払いを行ったにも関わらず課金プランが適応されなかった場合、お客様自身が決済事業者に問い合わせを行い解決するものとします。
- 当方は理由の如何に関わらず、お客様が購入された課金コースの変更、払い戻しを行うことはありません。
第5条 著作権について
- 本アプリに掲載される著作物は当方または第三者が保有しており、法律で保護されています。ついては著作権法上認められている範囲を除き、著作権者の承諾なしにこれらの著作物を複製、若しくは公衆送信等に使用することはできません。
第6条 プライバシー
- 当方は、お客様の個人情報を保護するために最善を尽くします。プライバシー及び取扱は別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。
- 当方のサービスにリンクされた第三者のサービスまたは広告については当方のプライバシーポリシーが適用されません。必要に応じてお客様が個別に確認作業を行うこととします。
第7条 広告の掲載について
- 当方は、本サービスに広告を掲載できる権利を有します。
- 広告の利用に関連して発生した損害に対して、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
第8条 禁止行為
このアプリを使用する際には、下記の行為を禁止します。利用者がこれらの禁止事項に違反したと判断された場合、アカウントの利用停止など、必要とされる措置を講じることができます。利用者はこの点について争うことなく同意するものとします。
- 当方や他の第三者に経済的損害を与える行為
- 当方や他の第三者を脅迫する行為
- 当方や他の第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
- このアプリの内容を無断でコピー、編集、改変、解析、公開、配布、二次使用（第三者への提供も含む）、権利の申請など、当方の権利を侵害する行為
- 当方や他の第三者の名誉や信用を損なう、または不当に差別や誹謗中傷をする行為
- 当方や他の第三者の財産を侵害する、または侵害する可能性のある行為
- ソフトウェアの全部または一部を無断で改変する行為
- コンピュータウイルスや有害なプログラムを使用する、またはその使用を誘発する行為
- ソフトウェアをコピー、逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングする行為
- 当方のサービスの運営や配信する広告の掲載を妨害する、または妨害するおそれのある行為
- 当方のサーバーやネットワークに過度の負担をかける行為
- 当方のサーバーやシステム、セキュリティへの攻撃
- 公序良俗に反する行為
- その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為
これらの行為を禁じ、違反が確認された場合には適切な措置が取られることを、利用者は承諾するものとします。
第9条 免責事項
- 当方は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更、中断、または停止することがあります。これによって生じるいかなる損害に対しても、当方は責任を負わないものとします。
- 本アプリの使用は利用者の自己責任で行うものであり、本アプリを通じて発生した利用者の損害について、当方は責任を一切負いません。
- 当方は、本サービスが全ての情報端末に適合することを保証しないものとし、OSのアップデートなどで本サービスの動作に不具合が生じる可能性があることを利用者は承諾するものとします。また、不具合が生じた場合の修正が完全に行われることを保証しません。
- 利用者は、AppStoreやGooglePlayなどのサービスストアの利用規約や運用方針の変更により、本サービスの利用が制限される可能性があることを予め了承するものとします。
- 当方は過失（重過失を除く）により利用者に生じた損害で特別な事情によるものについては、賠償責任を負わないものとします。
- 本サービスの利用に関して当方が損害賠償責任を負う場合、その損害賠償額は利用者からその月に受け取った利用料金を上限とします。
- 天災など、当方の責任外の事由による本アプリサービスの遅延や中断が発生しても、これによる損害に対して当方は責任を負いません。また、メンテナンスや不具合による中断・遅延に起因する損害についても、当方は責任を負わないものとします。本アプリで提供する情報やデータの完全性や正確性に関しても、一切の保証を行いません。
- 通信回線やシステムの障害、通信速度の低下、通信の混雑、ウイルスの感染、第三者の妨害や侵入などにより生じた以下の損害について、当方及び情報提供者は責任を負いません：
- 本アプリの利用不可
- 情報の遅延、消失、欠陥
- その他本アプリに関連する損害
- 前項で述べた通信回線やシステム機器等には、利用者、電気通信事業者、当方、情報提供者の各々のハードウェアやソフトウェア、通信回線が含まれます。
- 本アプリの情報更新速度について、当方は一定の速度を保証しません。情報更新が遅れることによる損害についても、当方は責任を負いません。
- 利用者間の紛争やトラブルに関して、当方は一切の責任を負わないものとし、発生した場合は利用者同士で解決するものとします。
- 利用者が他の利用者に損害を与えたり、第三者と紛争が生じた場合は、利用者自身の責任と費用で解決するものとし、当方には迷惑や損害を与えないものとします。
- 利用者の行為により第三者から当方に損害賠償の請求があった場合、利用者は自己の費用と責任でこれを解決し、当方に支払われた損害賠償金を含むすべての費用を負担するものとします。
- 利用者が本サービスの利用によって当方に損害を与えた場合、利用者は自己の費用と責任で当方に対する損害を賠償するものとします。
第10条 本アプリの一時的中断・終了について
- 当方は、ユーザーに事前通知や同意を求めることなく、本アプリのサービスを終了する権利を有しています。ユーザーは、この点を事前に承諾しているものとします。
- ユーザーは、本アプリが終了すると、購入した有料コンテンツの利用権を失い、これ以降、当該コンテンツを利用できなくなることに同意します。
- 本サービスの終了が如何なる原因であっても、その結果として生じたユーザーや第三者の損害に対して、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
- 下記のような理由により、当方は事前の通知なしに本アプリサービスを一時的に中断することがあります。
第11条 準拠法・裁判管轄
- 本規約の解釈と履行は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所が第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所となります。

第13条 利用規約の言語について
本利用規約は、日本語で作成され、英語に翻訳されています。日本語版が原本であり、英語版は参考として作成されています。これら両言語版の間に矛盾抵触がある場合、日本語版が優先されます。
